Magical gems are very important in magic. They can bring luck, wealth, good health, protection from the evil eye, and even magical powers! Traditionally, the gems would be made into rings in order to protect the wearer. But you can use other forms of jewerly (necklaces, bracelets, hairclips, and much more.) The second type of witchcraft are bindrunes. I actually have a small business selling bindrunes at my school. They are basically lucky charms. But they can also be used to curse someone.
